From the grave of the Revolutionary War Soldier, to the site of the Last Land Battle of the Civil War, to Fort Benning, where the troops deploy in and out to wherever they're needed in the world, you can almost feel the continuity of life as yesterday flows through our community toward tomorrow.

Modern life here includes massive buildings and large shopping centers. The night life features some of the finest clubs and restaurants in the country including the revitalized downtown district adjacent to the Riverwalk which winds along the shore of the meandering Chattahoochee river. The old iron works and train station, the civil war era cotton mills, and many historic buildings, have found new life as apartments and offices... as hotels and meeting places. It's a beautiful blend of the culture and heritage of yesterday with the fast paced growth of today's modern world.
